Inventory Problem Rate Topic   - - - - -

When a cusomter purchases any products which are INVENTORY 1 at my web, after the customer paid and the product turns OUT OF STOCK.

But after we ship the order and change the status of an order as SHIPPED, the product is marked as 1 inventory again.

This keeps bothering me.


Any help????

Check your shipped order status. It's probably set to Inventory - Increase.
