All of a sudden for no apparent reason the shipping just stopped working on my customers site. Now whenever someone tries to order sometnhing it's saying it can't ship to their location.

I checked and all of the shipping settings are still active and turned on so I have no idea what could be causing this. Please help!

maybe the shipping method was changed from manual to realtime thats why it stopped working?
