How do you guys input shippings?
We’re switching over from Shopsite (because it sucks) and my order entry team is used to uploading a simple xml file at the end of the day with all the shipping information.
Currently, on Shopsite: order numbers, carriers and tracking numbers are uploaded and it automatically notifies the customers that their orders have shipped - complete with links to parcel tracking from the various carriers.
So, how do you guys handle shippings? Is there a way to do it in bulk?
If the order entry/fulfillment guys have to do them one at a time, I’m about to be very unpopular
