where are the language files for the cart? I would like to translate the whole cart to my native language.
There are no language files.
There are 2 database tables. One for defining the language itself (code, name, etc.) which is cscart_languages and the other is for the translated phrases which is cscart_language_values. What language are you trying to translate to?
You'd be best to simply export the language_values table for lang_code == 'EN' and then have whomever is doing the translation translate those phrases and then re-import it with the lang_code set to your new language.
