I am evaluatin CS-Cart for software and media content only markeplace, activation keys are a must have requirement for us. Is this not yet a built in feature in the product? Any adds-on available otherwise?

In CS-Cart, when a downloadable Product has been purchased, and after full payment has been received, an eKey is generated. This eKey is stored in the a DB table and is emailed as a link to the Customer. The Customer clicks on the link or logs into their account to download their purchase.



This eKey is the same thing, to me, as an Activation key. You set how long the eKey is valid along with the max times the Product can be downloaded. If there is a need to extend the eKey's validation period, you can do so very easily.

I need this Recurring Billing fuction , if it is compatible with the CS-Cart Multi-Vendor marketplace software?

Can I buy it from Add one market and install it to the multi-vendor version?

My situation is a little bit different and i hope there is an addon for this.

When the purchaser pays for a license key, we need an http post to our database with specific parameters (name, email, quantity etc). The license key will be returned and shown to the purchase on the success page. This license also needs to be stored with the purchaser's detailed profile.

Finally, when the email confirmation is sent, the key or keys need to be shown here too. Is there an addon for CSC? Or, do we need some custom coding for this?
