I have one suggestion not on this addon, but on another addon if you like to make.

Broken Links Checker - Just like wordpress have a plugins. Before google search our website for broken links, the addon will detect and notify us immediately through email about broken links so we can solve this problem quickly.

Atleast one or two scan runs on 2-3 days. to identify broken links.

There are many free online tools for this and I don't think it's worth to setup a cron job just for checking broken links.

New Feature: Now you can define your own canonical url for each product. This is very useful for stores with duplicated products which are just different in variants like sizes, colors and etc. You can assign the main product url as canonical url to other variants thus you will not get penalty by search engines.

I'm seeing the positive effects little by little, the thing is that it takes time for google to update the duplicated stuff.

How do you know that add-on is increasing your traffic and google not just naturally slowly improving on your site and maybe you are doing seo?

I know it because of the duplicated content that it was imposible for me to improove it, cs cart has duplicated content all over because of the natural url's and the seo ones, and google when spidering the shop notices that duplicated content and penalizes you, with this addon you "kill" the duplicated content so google, in time, will improove your results, also you can check this in websmasters tools with your google account (if you have one off course)

Thats interesting........ I checked my google tools for dupe content and I only got 14 dupes

I think I used to have alot but google sorted it out itself or 2.1.1 sorted it out

Also my sitemap has 2000 urls but google has only indexed 1000.... i dunno if the sitemap contains the dup urls, if yes, then it looks like google sorted it out but yes the add-on wuld help google more I guess to tell it whats what

Adding the following to robots.txt will remedy that. This is of course if you are using the SEO Addon.

Disallow: /index.php
