I checked most of your sites. The reason you are getting F for TTFB is because you selected HTTPS for your default site. You probably did it for SEO but it takes time for SSL cert to be exchanged and connection negotiated, roughly 1 second and that is what you are getting. If you disable enforcing https on your site, you will get much faster response time.

I would rather reduce bounce rate and serve to my existing users the best performance then worrying about freaking Google which is impossible to satisfy until they own everything. So screw Google.
Steelhead, can you share your website link? Where are you hosting it? What is your server configuration like?
The site is not live yet. I am hosing through turkey internet out of NY, USA. Its a 24 core, 32gb ram 500gb ssd server. I come from magneto so I applied best practices to get good speed on magento and it made CS Cart fly! I am very happy so far with the performance of CS Cart.
