I deleted all of the demo brands and have imported all of my tens of thousands of products.
But the brands page is returning as 404 page not found.
I have moused over the brands link in the features section and it shows the Feature>Brands to be 19
When I change my "Our Brands" menu link to "http://preppersite.net/index.php?dispatch=product_features.view_all&filter_id=19"it returns page not found.
When I go into Filters section, it shows brands as #10

I noticed if you changed the Type on CS-Cart's demo page to text from Brand/Manufacturer option it will go to a 404 page as well.
I have reviewed your website and found that you should use 12 as filter_id parameter instead of 10. Please take a look:

Please make sure that the type of this product feature is Brand/ Manufacturer
1. on the product details page, I see the brand 'adidas', but it's not linked to the brand page. If I go to homepage and click the adidas brand, then it opens the brand page. how can be change it? I mean how to make a link from the product details page to the brand page? I want to make the "adidas" text clickable link to the adidas brand page.

FTP, who don't know how to setup or have their file changed and they don't know what is going on their website, or don't know why they have to share for what purpose, and who don't know what to expect from you, they maybe share with you. maybe your relatives share too, because of trust of the relatives. but I am not!
If I buy addon or cs-cart licenses from you, never expect and ask FTP access. only tell me fully detailed tech details, I will do everything by myself following your response. I don't give to you or to anybody the control, as I don't buy your service, I buy your product. and you have to fully support your product.

Thank you for the answer. I found your ticket. Since you did not post your login on the forum and any questions, we thought that you have problem with "All Brands" page (see topic name) and wanted to help you asap. As you understand, to fix mentioned issue, it is required to debug the code and it cannot be done without FTP access.
Of course, we do not ask customers for FTP access if they buy our modules. All of them do not change CS-Cart core and can be easily installed through built-in addon installer in few clicks.
