Hello,

Even when I tried to upload it there was an error...

"class ZipArchive not found... read more: https://php.net/manual/en/class.ziparchive.php"

So I upload the addon manually!

I am using firefox most of the time... I have also checked it in chrome

I could enable the addon to see it !

I mean that I can see the up arrow, but it does not have the onclick action to scroll up!

zip module is not installed in your PHP

Just inform your hosting provider that the ZipArchive class should be installed on your server.

Yes you are right! I have installed the ZIP module in my server, but still the scrolling up is not working.. I have opened a ticket to the WSA-team, but they do not answer me back yet!! if I have any news I will post it in case someone has the same issues.. Although, I will try to un-install the whole plugin both manually(all the files) and through the addons section and do it again!

Hello there! I have enabled this add-on in CS-Cart 4.0.3 and the "Up button" shows up in the admin menus but does not show up on my website. Any advice?

About 99 % users have no problem with our add-on. Add-on downloaded more than 700 times. Likely It is specific problem your store or server.
