Now that you have used "Live Help" for a period of time, what are your overall thoughts on offering this service on your site?

For example, has it become a service that you now don't feel as if you could do without?

Do you feel that it has definitely increased sales for you?

Do you feel it saves you time, or does it create more of a workload for your customer service people?

We use the same thing on our site and have had good success with hit.

From experience we have noticed that when you are not not online with your chat. We don't leave the default image that says Live Help Offline. When users keep seeing this they think no one is ever there. So we only have the online image showing when we are online and when we are not it does not show any image.

Suggestion could be where you change the Live Help Offline image to contact us or leave us a message.
