How do you get CS-Cart to recognize a new skins folder?

I'm sorry, but I've read the manual and searched the forum, but simply can't get how to get CS-Cart to recognize a new skins folder I have created. I'm trying to be able to use a skins folder that I created and access it from the Admin panel. Can someone shed some light for me please? Thanks,

prehaps you could just name your skin folder the same name as one of the unused skins ie rename defaultblue defaultblue_old and name your new skin defaultblue

DId you look at the files in any skin folder

/skins/Your_name/

You need a "manifest" file (no file extension)
a Screenshot.jpg if you want it to appear with a thumbnail in the admin

then a /customer/ folder for all the customer tpl's.
