Anyone know of a way to edit the welcome.tpl file so if the welcome message (Admin --> Organize Index Page --> Edit Index Page Text) is empty it doesn't show.
I want to use the welcome message on occasions but not all the time and currently with the code left in the template I have a blank space at the top that I do not want.
Hope you understand what I'm asking here... I'm new to smarty and just getting to grips with it.
