Installing Problem :S

Every Time i try to install the cart it says :S
Installing customer frontend base templates...
Creating directory skins/brickwork_sky-blue/customer...
Creating directory skins/brickwork_sky-blue/customer/products_pages...

ERROR occured while coping the files... Please check if skins_repository directory exists and has read permissions

Can u help me plz

i got the same error when i installed my cart too. its not installing all of the files. i cant remember exactly the file, but i went through the skins and looked at each file. just ftp each folder one by one.

I think they recommend ftping the zip file and unzipping on the server.

3.2 Installing CS-Cart

On a UNIX-based server, please do following:
• specify the following commands:
gunzip < cscart_vX.X.tgz | tar -xvf
or
tar -xzvf cscart_vX.X.tgz
